Provide management and nursing oversight for the Invasive Cardiology and Electrophysiology Department along with nursing oversight of the Cardiac Rehab Department; ensuring that quality patient care is delivered in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
The Clinical Manager will conduct all activities relating to the hiring, orienting and assessment of newly hired Invasive Cardiology and Electrophysiology Services Staff and Cardiac Rehab Nursing staff, in conjunction with the Nursing staff development program as well as participate in departmental QC and performance improvement activities.
Requirements:
BSN required; MSN or Master’s preferred
Current Pennsylvania RN license
