Position Description:

 

Chester County Hospital has an opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee clinical services including patient care as well as to provide leadership to Lab staff. 

 

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Business Operations Manager for Invasive Cardiology on quality control issues, continuing education and personnel management; while also assisting with the review of policies and procedures, staff certification projects, state and Joint Commission inspections, inventory management and equipment maintenance.

 

 

Requirements:

 

* Associate’s degree from an accredited allied health program required; Bachelor’s preferred

* Current RCIS, RCES or BSN

* Valid state license

* BLS and ACLS certifications

* Minimum of 5 yrs of experience in Cath and EP

* Advanced training in hemodynamic monitoring and EKG interpretation

* Demonstrated clinical expertise and leadership skills

 * Computer proficiency
