Stamford Health is currently seeking an experienced, full-time Cardiovascular Tech. We’ll provide you with support, training, and the most advanced Cardiovascular Suite and Electrophysiology Lab, so you’re able to deliver high-quality patient care reflective of our values.

As a Cardiovascular Technologist, you’ll perform a variety of technical and general duties, including but not limited to, patient prep, radiography pre/intra/post cardiac procedures, and hemodynamic monitoring during procedures. You’ll perform regular Quality Assurance (QA) checks of equipment and maintain inventory in the lab.

Job Requirement

Qualified Cardio Techs will possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of cardio experience
  • ARRT registration
  • Current Connecticut state license
  • Current BCLS, ACLS
  • Experience recognizing and assisting with lethal arrhythmias and other complications
  • Experience with GE X-ray and Cardiolab/Maclab systems
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and JACHO requirements
