Stamford Health is currently seeking an experienced, full-time Electrophysiology Tech. We’ll provide you with support, training, and the most advanced Cardiovascular Suite and Electrophysiology Lab, so you’re able to deliver high-quality patient care reflective of our values.


You’ll be an expert in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias and perform technical duties in electrophysiology that includes ablations, pacemaker, ICD, Bi-V PPM, and ICD implants.  You’ll support the high-quality clinical execution of electrophysiology procedures, including maintaining a sterile field, patient prep, hemodynamic and EKG monitoring, and management of complications in the cardiac department. You’ll also assist with aspects of EP inventory, such as billing, records, and QA.

Job Requirement

Qualified Electrophysiology Techs will possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in EP, Cath Lab, OR, or another sterile procedure area
  • ARRT registration; RCIS/RCES preferred
  • Current Connecticut state license in Radiologic Technology
  • Current BCLS, ACLS
  • Hands-on knowledge of IVUS, Impella, CardioLab, 3D mapping systems (Carto and/or St Jude), and ablation equipment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and JACHO requirements
